Introduction

Welcome to Maan, we're happy to have you here. Please read through the following terms and policies prior to purchasing. As always, if you have any questions, don't feel shy, reach out to us and we will answer as soon as we can, the best we can. 

As a note, we strive for accurate colour representation for all our products. However there is always the possibility of minor differences due to screen variations. 

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

Custom and bespoke pieces cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Please immediately contact us through our contact form if there is any issue with the received piece.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges on ready-to-ship items are accepted in original quality within seven (7) days of receiving the piece. Once the piece has been worked on by another jeweler, this is void. Please contact us through the contact form before returning the piece for shipping instructions. 

Reminder that it is more helpful to mention your order number when contacting us so we can effectively help you. 

Theft is not covered for order and shipping unless requested. For security it is highly, highly recommend to purchase insurance. Once you have received your piece, we recommend insuring your piece. These items are precious and should be treated as such.

Shipping

Shipping is free worldwide.

All international shipping and local delivery is done through courier services with tracking numbers. Please ensure the correct shipping address upon checkout.

Custom and import duties fall under the responsibility of the purchaser. We will list the actual value of the piece on the shipping documents to ensure proper documentation. 

Payment 

100% payment is required upon check out for all pieces. The timeline for production does not start until after full payment is received. 

If there is a need, please reach out to discuss potential split payments, the right to split payments will be assessed case-by-case.

Cancellations

In the event of payments not being fulfilled, Maan Jewelry Design reserves the right to cancel the order.
